In short
The Deco Dive app collects no personal data. It has no user accounts, analytics, ads or tracking, and sends no data to our servers or anyone else's. Everything you enter stays on your device.

The Deco Dive app
Cylinders, dive settings and saved plans are stored only in the app's storage on your phone. They are never transmitted and we have no access to them.
The app requests no permissions for location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera, and contains no third-party code for analytics, advertising or tracking.
You can delete the data by uninstalling the app, or inside the app (plan list, cylinder list, restoring default settings).
App stores (Google Play, App Store) process download and purchase data under their own policies. We only receive aggregated, anonymous statistics from them (such as download counts).
This website
The website uses no cookies, analytics or advertising tools. Fonts and all other files are served from our own server, not from third parties.
Your language choice is remembered in your browser's storage (localStorage). It never leaves your browser and you can clear it at any time.
The website runs on Railway (Railway Corporation, USA). For every request the server technically processes your IP address and browser details in order to deliver the page and protect it against abuse. The provider keeps these operational logs for a limited time and we do not use them for tracking or profiling. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
If you write to us
If you contact us by e-mail, we use your address and message only to reply and resolve your request. We keep the correspondence as long as needed to handle it and no longer than 2 years, unless the law requires otherwise.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. Just write to us.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech data protection authority, Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (www.uoou.cz), or the authority in your country.
Children
The app is intended for trained divers and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly process children's personal data — the app processes no personal data at all.
Changes
If the way we process data changes (for example a user account or online feature is added), we will update this policy before releasing such a version and change the effective date.
